Tesla is preparing a software update for customers in China to bring driving-assistance capabilities similar to its full self-driving features in the US, Bloomberg News reported. The update, available to customers who have paid 64,000 yuan for Tesla’s FSD, will enable driver-assist features on city streets and will be introduced on select models before expanding gradually. Tesla has not yet responded to requests for comment as regulators investigate the company’s self-driving software for safety and security concerns following multiple accidents and crashes.

SOTA parent portal taken down in response to systems vulnerability targeted by global cyberattacks
