A massage therapist in Oshawa, Franklin Jimenez, has been charged with sexual assault for allegedly touching a client inappropriately at a physiotherapy and wellness clinic where he was employed. The 59-year-old Jimenez, who has over 20 years of experience as a registered massage therapist in the Durham and Greater Toronto Area, was arrested on Feb. 17, 2025, and released on an undertaking. Despite no longer working at the clinic, police are concerned there may be more victims and urge anyone with information to come forward.
