Archaeologists may have found pharaoh's second tomb

Archaeologists may have discovered a second tomb in Egypt belonging to King Thutmose II, just days after the first tomb of a pharaoh was found since Tutankhamun’s. Dr. Piers Litherland believes the second tomb, suspected to hold the pharaoh’s mummified body, lies below a man-made pile in the Theban Necropolis. The British-Egyptian team is working to uncover the tomb, decorated like a king’s, which could provide more insight into the reign of Thutmose II and his connection to Queen Hatshepsut.
