Scottish Highland bull on the loose in Connecticut’s rural hill country

A Scottish Highland bull has been wandering in rural western Connecticut for over a month, with residents reporting sporadic sightings, including in New Milford. The animal control officer in Kent, Lee Sohl, mentioned the challenges in capturing the scared bull in the winter weather, while owner Jo Ann Joray and others have been attempting to locate and secure it.
