Police have identified the woman shot dead at a Kent pub as 43-year-old Lisa Smith from Slough, who was found outside the Three Horseshoes pub on Valentine’s Day. Authorities are searching for a suspect seen near the Queen Elizabeth II bridge in Dartford, where a car and firearm linked to the suspect were recovered. Police are focusing on locating the suspect, known to the victim, and recovering him from the River Thames while tributes are left at the scene for the victim.
