Big Gay Out returns for 2025

Big Gay Out, Aotearoa’s largest rainbow event, returns to Auckland’s Coyle Park this Sunday, organized by brand activation agency Because and in partnership with Burnett Foundation Aotearoa. Drawing 10,000-15,000 attendees annually, the event provides a safe and inclusive space, offering critical services, health education, and access to rainbow organizations. Featuring local and international performers, Because manages all logistics and activations, emphasizing sustainability and net carbon-zero goals for the 2025 event.
