In BAKU, Azerbaijan, on March 24th, the Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to place the individuals accused of carrying out a terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Russia in pre-trial detention. They have been remanded in custody until May 22, 2024.

The accused individuals, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Mahammadsobir Fayzov, have been detained following the court’s decision.

According to the Basmanny Court of Moscow’s press service, Dalerjon Mirzoev, a defendant in the case, has fully confessed to his involvement in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall near Moscow. Mirzoev’s arrest has been extended until May 22.

He is facing charges of committing a terrorist attack as part of an organized group, resulting in the death of a person. The accusation states that Mirzoev, along with an armed organized group, shot at Russian citizens in the Crocus City Hall buildings and then set the building on fire.
