South Korean company H-Line Shipping has ordered an LNG bunkering vessel from HJ Shipbuilding & Construction at a cost of KRW127bn ($87.6m). The 144m long ship will have dual-fuel propulsion and two independent tanks, expanding H-Line’s presence in the LNG sector. HJSC, known for building the first LNG bunker ship in 2014, anticipates growth in the LNG bunkering market and aims to enhance its shipbuilding technologies for increased competitiveness.
