Summer online reservations for Yosemite National Park have been postponed indefinitely, with a new system expected to be announced in 2025 after delays due to approval from the Trump administration. Reservations are currently not required on weekdays until March, but no plan is in place for April through October. Reservations will be necessary for the Firefall event at Horsetail Fall trail, with a $35 per car entrance fee valid for seven days and alternative transportation options such as YARTS available to manage visitor numbers and protect the park’s natural beauty.
