Today marks the fourth anniversary of the Myanmar military regime’s coup, leading to ongoing violence and human rights violations against civilians. With escalating airstrikes and humanitarian needs increasing twenty-fold, over one-third of the population requires assistance, including 3.5 million internally displaced persons. Urging the military regime to de-escalate violence, release political prisoners, and engage in inclusive dialogue, while supporting ASEAN’s role in addressing the crisis and ensuring accountability for atrocities committed in Myanmar.
