A Wheeling man, David Celestine, 20, has been arrested by the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for his involvement in a shooting at a McDonald’s in Elgin. He faces charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and possession of a firearm while FOID card invalid. The incident left a man seriously injured, and Celestine is being held in Kane County jail pending court proceedings.
