The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Washington Commanders 55-23 in the NFC Championship game, securing their spot in Super Bowl 59 with a dominant rushing performance led by Saquon Barkley and quarterback Jalen Hurts. Barkley scored twice in the first quarter and finished with 118 rushing yards and three touchdowns, while Hurts added three rushing touchdowns of his own. Despite a brief comeback attempt by Washington, the Commanders were ultimately unable to overcome Philly’s relentless offense, leading to the Eagles’ fifth Super Bowl appearance in New Orleans on February 9th.
