A 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 12-year-old Leo Ross in Birmingham, who was stabbed and later died in hospital. The boy, who cannot be named, is also facing charges of possession of a bladed article and assault against others. Leo’s family described him as a kind and loving boy who will be deeply missed, thanking the school, police, and everyone involved in the investigation.
