Missing teenage girl not seen since before Storm Éowyn hit as search launched

Police are searching for 14-year-old Chloe Ellis, who went missing from Livingston just before Storm Éowyn hit the country. An urgent appeal for information has been launched as there have been no reports of contact from her amid the inclement weather.
