The Las Vegas Raiders have reportedly reached an agreement with Pete Carroll to become their next head coach, signing a three-year deal with an option for a fourth. Carroll, who previously coached the Seattle Seahawks and won Super Bowl XLVIII, returned to USC before deciding to return to coaching. The Raiders are making big leadership changes after firing their head coach and general manager, with Carroll becoming the third coach to lead four NFL franchises.
