Duane “Keffe D” Davis, the only suspect in the 1990s killing of Tupac Shakur, lost a bid to dismiss his murder case in Las Vegas due to lack of proof of immunity deals. Despite arguing for immunity agreements reached with authorities in the past, Davis faces trial in March for first-degree murder. Prosecutors claim strong evidence against Davis, including his own accounts in a memoir, for orchestrating the shooting that killed Shakur near the Las Vegas Strip in 1996.
