Osteoporosis – what to know about incurable bone disease and how to prevent it

Factors such as age, genetics, nutrition, and exercise play a role in bone health, with no cure for osteoporosis, but treatments and preventive measures like a healthy diet, exercise, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol can reduce the risk of fractures.
