Lefa Ifa Secondary School in Kwa-Thema achieved a remarkable 91.1% matric pass rate for 2024, surpassing their goal of 90% set by Principal Dr Disekeletšo Saboshego. The school’s success was attributed to intensive study camps and dedicated teachers, resulting in 97 bachelor passes and 49 diploma passes out of 170 matriculants. Other schools in the area saw varying pass rates, with Laban Mothlabi Comprehensive School at 85.8%, Nkumbulo Secondary School at 82.4%, Tlakula Secondary School at 82%, Zimisele Secondary School at 80.3%, Kenneth Masekela Secondary at 75.9%, and Phulong Secondary School at 72.3%.
