Man proposes to girlfriend mid-flight while thousands of feet in the air

Sam Riber, inspired by the movie “The Wedding Singer,” proposed to his girlfriend Lissy Alden mid-flight while serenading her with a song. The couple, who met at a Shabbat dinner, felt an immediate connection and decided not to wait to take their relationship to the next level. Riber surprised Alden with a secret plan, including a prop guitar and codewords with flight attendants, to recreate a scene from the film and propose in a unique and memorable way.
