Japanese crime leader pleads guilty to conspiring to sell nuclear materials to Iran

Takeshi Ebisawa, the leader of a Japan-based crime syndicate, pleaded guilty to trafficking uranium and plutonium from Myanmar to Iran for nuclear weapons, unaware he was dealing with DEA sources. He faces a minimum of 10 years in prison. The prosecution revealed his involvement in trafficking nuclear materials and narcotics, as well as attempting to acquire heavy weaponry in exchange for drugs.
