A knifeman, Ellis Dismore, was sentenced to 38 years in prison for repeatedly stabbing a teenage girl after posing as a teenage boy, stalking her, and threatening her. He was also found guilty of inciting eight other girls to engage in sexual activity online. Dismore’s terrifying attack was captured on CCTV, where he chased and stabbed the victim multiple times before a passerby intervened, saving her life. The judge labeled Dismore as “dangerous” and commended the bravery of the victims who came forward, with a sexual harm prevention order and restraining order put in place to protect the nine victims from further contact with him.
