T.N. Governor’s actions ‘childish’; why should he stick to post if unwilling to discharge official duties: asks CM Stalin

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin criticized Governor R.N. Ravi’s decision to leave the Assembly without delivering his customary address, calling it “childish” and a violation of tradition. Stalin accused the Governor of consistently insulting the people of Tamil Nadu and the elected government, questioning why he should remain in his post if unwilling to fulfill his Constitutional duties. The incident occurred after the Governor included and deleted parts in his prepared speech, choosing not to read it out this time.
