Hundreds of anti-Israel protesters gathered in Times Square on New Year’s Day, calling for an “intifada revolution” hours after a terrorist with an ISIS flag killed at least 15 people in New Orleans. Protesters carried signs denouncing Zionism and U.S. aid to Israel, with one woman telling counter-protesters to “go back to Europe.” The suspect in the New Orleans attack, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, was shot dead by police and identified as a U.S.-born citizen who served in the Army.
