A stray cat named Buddy, who had been living in Millennium Park in downtown Chicago since the spring, has been rescued and taken to PAWS Chicago after evading capture for months. Despite becoming a social media sensation and gaining popularity among park visitors, the dangerously cold winter temperatures prompted a team of animal lovers to rescue him just in time for the holidays. Following veterinary care to ensure his health, Buddy will be put up for adoption at the shelter.
