Ezra Mam has accepted a nine-game ban and $30,000 fine from the NRL, as well as a $90,000 fine from Brisbane for driving offences, including drug driving while unlicensed. Mam will also need to complete a safe-driving program, work or study placement, and ongoing wellbeing support. The Broncos CEO expressed disappointment in Mam’s actions but acknowledged his remorse and commitment to getting his life back on track, with Mam set to return to play in round 10 of 2025.
