Two crew members participating in the annual Sydney to Hobart yacht race have died in separate incidents after being hit by a boom. The incidents occurred on the Flying Fish Arctos and Bowline boats, with several other boats retiring due to bad weather. The race, which began on Thursday, has continued despite the tragic events, with the first boats expected to arrive in Hobart soon.
