Fabio Ochoa, a former member of the Cartel of Medellin and key operator, was deported back to Colombia after serving 25 years of a 30-year prison sentence in the United States. Upon arrival in Bogota, Ochoa was met by immigration officials and reunited with his family, claiming he was framed for his crimes.
