After a lengthy awards season, we’ve finally reached the end.
The 96th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles with Jimmy Kimmel as the host.
“Oppenheimer” dominated the night with seven wins, including best picture, actor, supporting actor, and director.
“Poor Things” also shined with four awards, including Emma Stone’s second win for best actress.
Despite being nominated for eight awards, “Barbie” only snagged one win for Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell’s original song “What Was I Made For” (their second win in the category). However, a standout moment of the night was Ryan Gosling’s performance of “I’m Just Ken” in a bedazzled pink suit surrounded by other Kens.
