Let's look ahead to next year's NFL draft: Early outlooks and roster holes for all 32 teams

With just four weeks left in the 2024 NFL regular season, some teams are focused on making the playoffs while others are looking ahead to the 2025 NFL draft. The ESPN Football Power Index (FPI) projects the Giants and Patriots to pick 1-2 in April, with the Panthers, Raiders, and Jaguars rounding out the top five. The Jets, Cowboys, and 49ers could all be picking in the top 15. Each team’s draft plans and potential targets for Round 1 are being discussed, starting with the AFC East teams such as the Bills, Dolphins, Patriots, and Jets. The Patriots, with the second overall pick, have needs at offensive line, receiver, defensive tackle, and pass rusher, while the Jets, with the eighth overall pick, will be focusing on the quarterback position.
