Airlink co-founder and CEO Rodger Foster to step down

Airlink will experience a leadership change as co-founder and CEO Rodger Foster steps down in March 2025 after a successful tenure spanning over three decades. The airline, now a key player in Southern Africa’s aviation industry, will see current CFO de Villiers Engelbrecht take over as CEO from April 1, 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience with Airlink. This transition marks a new chapter for Airlink, which now serves 50 destinations in 15 countries and continues to thrive under new leadership.
