The U.N. agency for Palestinian refugees is halting aid deliveries through the main cargo crossing into Gaza due to armed gangs looting convoys, worsening the humanitarian crisis in Gaza as winter sets in. Israeli strikes killed at least six people, including children, in tent camps housing displaced people, while a former defense minister accused the government of ethnic cleansing in northern Gaza, where tens of thousands have fled and experts warn of famine.
