Iran, Europeans to keep talking as tensions ratchet up

The discussions focused on dialogue and engagement, amid tensions heightened by Iran’s nuclear ambitions and conflicts in the Middle East, as well as the impending return of Donald Trump to the White House. Despite setbacks and warnings from Western intelligence officials, Iran remains firm in its stance on nuclear energy, as it faces pressure from both the United States and European governments to adhere to international agreements.
