South Korean capital hit by record November snowfall

Seoul, South Korea experienced its heaviest November snowfall on record, with 20cm falling in northern areas, causing traffic jams, power outages, and flight disruptions. The storm led to two fatalities in traffic accidents, injuries from falling debris, and power cuts for thousands of households. President Yoon Suk-yeol urged officials to minimize damage and public inconvenience, as the heavy snowfall was expected to continue until Thursday morning.
