Koreatown tattoo artist charged with sexually assaulting women clients

Charles Wayne Wilkerson IV, a 28-year-old rapper and tattoo artist known as “Franko Khalifa,” has been arrested and charged by the LAPD for sexually assaulting two women who sought his services. The assaults occurred at his tattoo shop in Koreatown in December 2023 and at a home in the Southwest area of Los Angeles in February 2024. Wilkerson faces four felony sexual assault charges and authorities believe there may be more victims, urging anyone with information to come forward.
