California man allegedly stabbed multiple people; was arrested, released week prior

Efrain Troncoso, 22, was arrested in California for allegedly stabbing two people, attacking two others, and attempting vehicle theft. The incidents occurred within 30 minutes and five blocks of each other, with Troncoso being apprehended inside a car he had broken into. Troncoso had a history of arrests, including for arson, resisting arrest, and drug-related offenses.
