York Regional Police have issued an arrest warrant for Tyrone Lothian, an accused in Project Lookout, for failing to comply with a release order after his GPS monitoring device was removed. Project Lookout, a 14-month investigation starting in April 2023, disrupted a large-scale gun and drug trafficking network, resulting in the seizure of 18 illegal guns and numerous charges being laid. Lothian, described as 5-foot-11 with a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes, was released on bail with conditions, including wearing a GPS monitoring device.
