‘Tragic offence’ — Windsor spouse killer pleads guilty to manslaughter

A 63-year-old Windsor man pleaded guilty to manslaughter for stabbing his wife to death in their home in November 2023. Wellington Charles Holland, previously charged with first-degree murder, confessed to the killing of Janice Madison, 67, after serving jail time for assaulting her.
