Trump is considering using ‘third-party safe countries’ to remove migrants from American soil, but any attempts to deport migrants to Rwanda may face legal challenges. Trump has nominated Tom Homan as his border czar and plans to sign executive orders, including temporarily closing the southern border to address an immigration crisis that he claims has led to 20 million illegal immigrants in the US.
