The U.S. Coast Guard Northeast is conducting a search and rescue for a missing sailor and his 48-foot boat, last seen near Pleasant Bay near Chatham, off the coast of Cape Cod. The boat, named “Alchemist,” was last contacted on Thursday and has a green hull and green bimini. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Coast Guard at 866-842-1560.
