Bodies of slain VDGs recovered; hunt on to track down terrorists in Kishtwar

Two village defence guards (VDG) were killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district, with their bodies recovered near a rivulet during a search operation. A cordon-and-search operation is ongoing to track down the perpetrators. The Army, Special Operations Group, police, Army, and CRPF are conducting a joint search operation in the forested areas, with drones and sniffer dogs deployed to aid in the search efforts.
