The disengagement process with Chinese troops in eastern Ladakh has been completed, and patrolling will soon resume under the modalities decided by ground commanders, according to Army sources. Following an agreement reached last week, troops have withdrawn, temporary structures have been removed, and festive exchanges are planned for Diwali. Talks will continue at the brigadier level to finalize patrolling details to prevent face-to-face encounters in the disputed areas.
