The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is seeking additional victims of Luis David Garcia, 37, who allegedly raped a woman he met on a dating app in Bloomington. The woman reported being raped after being rendered unconscious at Garcia’s home, leading to his arrest on rape charges. Investigators believe there may be more victims and urge anyone with information to contact Detective Pedersen or report anonymously to WeTip.
