Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood believes that playing all three front-line quicks in all five Tests against India is unlikely, as last summer’s selection of himself, Pat Cummins, and Mitchell Starc was likely a one-off occurrence. With all-rounder Cameron Green sidelined due to back surgery, the workload of the trio is expected to increase, but Hazlewood emphasized the importance of being fit to play and not resting in such a crucial series. Hazlewood is preparing for the upcoming Test series by playing in NSW’s Sheffield Shield game against Queensland and hopes to see Scott Boland return to the Test arena, as the veteran bowler has shown his ability to perform at the top level.
