A jury has ruled unlawful killing in the inquest into the death of 31-year-old Stephen Lynch, who was struck by a car and dragged along a road in Co Dublin over seven years ago. Despite no charges being filed, the case is still under investigation, with witnesses refusing to cooperate due to fear of individuals believed to be involved. Garda investigations suggest the incident was deliberate, but lack of evidence led to no murder prosecution being directed by the DPP.
