Legendary Composer docu at AFI Fest

The AFI Fest opened at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, featuring world premieres of films from honorees Tom Hanks and Clint Eastwood, as well as a documentary on legendary composer John Williams. Directed by Laurent Bouzereau and produced by Spielberg’s Amblin, the film explores Williams’ career through interviews with iconic directors, collaborators, and family members. Bouzereau showcases Williams’ vast filmography, including iconic scores for Jaws, Star Wars, and Schindler’s List, culminating in a tribute to a man Spielberg calls “the purest form of art.”
