Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries, along with partner Matthew Smith and another individual, have been arrested on sex trafficking charges following an FBI investigation. The probe was initiated after allegations of sexual abuse and exploitation at events worldwide. Jeffries and Smith have denied any wrongdoing, with Jeffries previously stepping down in 2014 amidst declining sales and receiving a retirement package of ÂŁ20.5m ($25m), only to be accused later of running a sex trafficking operation involving coercion and fraud.
