HSBC names Pam Kaur as first female CFO amid major restructuring

The bank is restructuring into four business units: Hong Kong, U.K., international wealth and premier banking, and corporate and institutional banking, aiming to simplify operations and drive growth under CEO Georges Elhedery’s leadership.
