Fundraising efforts yield $7,500Gs for son of Courtice mom slain in double murder

Fundraising efforts have raised $7,500 for the son of a Courtice mom who was slain in a double murder, along with her mother. Durham Regional Police found Katrina Zwolinski, 30, and Laurie Crew, 67, dead in their home. The suspect, Michael Belhu, 33, was Zwolinski’s ex-boyfriend and has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
