A Kentucky woman, Torilena Fields, was indicted on a murder charge after police found her dismembered mother’s body in her yard in Mount Olivet. Fields was accused of shooting and stabbing her mother before dismembering her corpse, as well as killing a dog. She was assigned a public defender with a $1.5 million bond set, and her mother, Trudy Fields, was killed between October 8 and 9.
