Sudan rescuers say air strike killed 23 in Khartoum market

A Sudanese network of volunteer rescuers reported that the military conducted an air strike on a marketplace in Khartoum, resulting in 23 deaths and over 40 injuries. The conflict between the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the military has caused widespread fighting in the capital, leading to significant casualties and displacement. The civil war in Sudan, led by army chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan and RSF commander Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths and forced over 10 million people from their homes, creating a dire humanitarian crisis.
